Stivers is a Third-generation family owned company that is continuing to growth throughout the Southeast. Our New CDJR location is looking for experienced techs. We have several weeks backlog of all kinds of work for any skill level technician from Used Car prep, Driveability, Transmission, Engine, and a very demanding Commercial fleet work. We’re willing to make it worth your while for the right people!!

Benefits:

• We will offer sign-on bonuses up to $2,500 with additional retention bonus of up to $5,000 at the end of year one depending on production and quality of candidate

• Available Relocation allowance for CDJR Certified technicians and the right candidate.

• Flat rate plus bonus plan. We will beat any written pay plan. We guarantee to beat current flat rate pay plan with additional sales and production bonuses

• Two weeks paid vacation first year.

• We have an air conditioned, modern shop.

• Paid CDJR and ASE certification training available on an ongoing basis. Our goal is to build you into a Master Certified Technician within two years.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 3 years or more experience in Auto Repair

• Valid Driver’s License/Clean Driver Record

• ASE Certified, Master and/or CDJR Certified preferred and will get priority

• Must-Have Own Tools

• Must Be able to pass back ground check
